About the Event:

Swimming Dragon QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice characterized by flowing movements that mimic a dragon swimming through water and flying up to the clouds.

This 2 hour workshop teaches the practice that involves twisting, stretching and coiling motions that engage the whole body.  These movements are designed to improve flexibility, balance and coordination.  They benefit your health as they massage internal organs, stimulate blood and qi circulation. This helps detoxify the body by mobilizing fats and toxins into lymphatic drainage.

Many reported health benefits include:

  • emotional balance as the practice calms your mind
  • improved joint strength and flexibility, spinal health
  • weight loss, regulates digestion, balances hormones, qi
  • improved vitality and resilience

Swimming Dragon is suitable for all experience levels, no experience necessary.  This workshop is offered in person and on Zoom.  A recording of the workshop is provided to all participates to continue your practice.
