22 Wellness's Heather integrates a diverse array of energy-based skills into her teachings and treatments to create unique one-on-one treatments and workshops that are exhilarating and empowering for all those on the path toward healing, well-being and self-discovery. 

She is a powerful intuitive energy therapy practitioner who uses her gifts with a kind and gentle heart and the wisdom of experience. Heather is an accomplished Holy Fire ® III / Usui and Karuna Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor with over 20 years of experience in teaching and providing services to clients. She offers powerful individual sessions that are tailored to meet your needs. 

Heather offers a wide variety of classes. She is certified in regression therapy (Hypnotherapy and Deep Memory Process), sound healing, Tibetan mediation practices, Huna Kane and Forensic Healing. 

In addition to Heather's services 22 Wellness is home to practitioners providing massage therapy, counseling services, and women's workshops. "May we all know our true nature, be at peace, and be of service to each other"
