I am Navsharn Dhaliwal, RN, BN. I have 14 years of nursing experience in multiple areas and have completed a Coaching Certificate Program: through The Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development and Education. 

What will we do together? I will work alongside you to achieve your health and wellness goals to grow a wholesome version of oneself with individualized goal setting. My passion is working with individuals in creating balance in one’s life through promotion of self-compassion and self-love.
