Reiki Level 1

Level 1 Reiki will provide you with the knowledge, understanding, and practice of how to connect and work with universal energy. You will learn the history of Usui Reiki, the symbol associated with this level, and how to begin working with this beautiful energy. We will cover the many ways you can begin to strengthen this skill, and how to work with it on a daily basis to not only enhance your health and well-being, but to create positive effect and change in the world around you.
