Spring Forward! Sound Bath 

With l'aura and Danny Carroll 

Monday April 27, 2026,  7pm-8:30pm.  

Fort Garry United Church  800 Point Rd.  
Please note new location which has comfortable chairs.  

No Registration required, Doors 6:30  

By Donation (Suggested: $25.00) Cash or e- transfer at the door.  
Part of the proceeds go to Harvest Manitoba  

 
Bring whatever you need to be comfortable for lying down or sitting.  
Suggestions: Mat, Blanket, pillow, water bottle. 
 

With Crystal Music, our Sound Bath Meditation is a supportive
yet relaxing vibrational energy you can feel.
Our focus is to work with the vibration of musical nuances and sounds
in a meditative way, to gently clear away the
outdated energy and to help invite in new possibilities. 

l’aura plays the crystal and Himalayan bowls, vocal sounds, drums, flute and other instruments.
The grand piano and music within the soundscapes that Danny creates helps facilitate
a pathway for you to relax within your meditative sound lifting experience.

l’aura is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Artist and Shamanic Sound Practitioner, with a Meditative Journey practice. Danny is a Musician/Composer and Recording Artist  https://dannycarroll.ca
