QiGong for a Healthy Neck

The holistic approach of QiGong offers a gentle, non-invasive method for managing chronic neck pain and improving muscle tone, and alleviating neck tension. Its slow, mindful, and rhythmic movements, coupled with breathing exercises, trigger the Relaxation Response. This response reduces muscle tension, enhances blood flow to the neck and shoulders, and promotes better posture.
