This Shiva Shakti Healing Ecstatic Dance is a sacred alchemy to remember wholeness and awaken to the divine within in this quest to discover your higher purpose. Through conscious movement, breath and presence, we journey into the depths of healing—listening to, healing and releasing individual, ancestral, and collective trauma—so peace, harmony, grace and active compassion may ripple outward into our world, and;

• Shiva consciousness meets Shakti energy to live life to the fullest;
• Fear, anxiety and tension soften;
• Clarity, creativity, vitality, integrity, deep peace and bliss arise;
