About the Event:
As an End of Life Doula and trained Grief Counsellor, Michelle is passionate about ensuring her clients have all of the resources they need to navigate the confusing and difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions that grief brings with each loss. Michelle will be hosting 1 hour online grief circles at no charge, to give the bereaved a place to connect, share, listen, and be heard. All times are listed in Central Time.
At the end of each circle, Michelle will provide some gentle insight and encouragement, along with a suggestion about an assignment or task that will always be aimed at helping you with what you are enduring at that time.
