About the Event:

Journaling after a meditation helps in a few different ways. It helps you to see patterns in the messages that you receive. It helps you to increase your intuition through seeing that the messages you get are real. It also helps to write down things that are weighing on your mind and release them.

In this meditation, we will pull an Oracle card and then do a meditation to get whatever messages come based on the card. Afterward, you will journal what you received.

Either bring your own journal or use one of the books provided.

As always, refreshments afterward and questions answered.
