Its slow, mindful and rhythmic movements, coupled with breathing exercises trigger the Relaxation Response. this response reduces muscle tension, enhances blood flow to the neck and shoulders and promotes better posture.
Consistent practice of gentle daily exercises can significantly contribute to neck health, arthritis relief and improved neck mobility.
