Author BIO

Peony Wolf is a Winnipeg-based wellness practitioner, educator, and creator of the Peony Wellness Practitioner Program, a holistic training designed to support both client healing and practitioner longevity.

With a deeply integrative approach, Peony blends reflexology, lymphatic drainage, restorative movement, breathwork, and energy healing to promote balance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Her work is rooted in the belief that therapeutic touch is most powerful when practitioners themselves are supported, nourished, and physically resilient.

Following a significant personal health crisis that required an extended period of recovery, Peony devoted herself to researching sustainable practices for bodywork professionals. This experience became the foundation of her teaching—focusing on protecting the hands, strengthening the body, and cultivating awareness so practitioners can continue their work without burnout or injury.

Her program emphasizes gentle strengthening, nervous system regulation, and practical self-care techniques that seamlessly integrate into daily practice. Through this work, Peony empowers reflexologists, massage therapists, and wellness practitioners to maintain vitality in their own bodies while offering high-quality care to others.

Peony holds certifications in reflexology (Reflexology Association of Canada), Thai massage, lymphatic and myofascial techniques, and multiple energy healing modalities including Advanced Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Theta Healing, and Divine Light Energy Healing. She is also a certified hypnotherapist and life coach.

Her movement training includes over 400 hours of yoga teacher training across Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, along with certifications in Pilates (mat, reformer) and barre. She continues to deepen her studies in yoga therapy, meditation—including Vipassana—and holistic healing practices.

Peony’s work is guided by a simple yet powerful intention: to help practitioners care for their own bodies as skillfully as they care for others, creating a sustainable path of healing, strength, and longevity in their profession.

I will be asking for feedback regarding best dates to conduct workshop and will take this into consideration. Please let me know what times dates would work best for you if you would like to be included in this consideration.

There will be discussion groups and case studies and your input will help to further develop the program beyond the textbook.
