Event Details

The festival will take place on February 1, 2026 at the Viscount Gort Conference Centre (1670 Portage Ave), using three ballrooms on the main floor. One and a half ballrooms will be dedicated to scheduled presentations.

Purpose

The purpose of this festival is to allow guests to learn about and sample as many new healing modalities as possible in Winnipeg. At the same time, participating professionals receive valuable face-to-face exposure and extensive advertising. The earlier you secure your table, the more advertising opportunities you receive.

Vendors offering services are kindly asked to voluntarily provide a sample-size service for $20, allowing guests to try more than one experience during the day. This has always been important from a guest’s perspective and greatly enhances the value of the festival.

Welcome Bags

Welcome Bags are provided to the first 50 guests. We ask exhibitors to provide a small item, sample, freebie, or gift certificate along with business cards or brochures. These items help guests remember you once they return home and encourage early attendance.

Prize Draws

Prize draws are a part of every festival and are optional. Donating to the main prize draw provides additional exposure. All prize donations are itemized and credited on a special prize page at the festival.

If you have special requirements, such as electricity, please email in advance. Electricity is limited and must be confirmed prior to the festival.

What You Need for the Festival

Provide a product or service gift to add to the first 50 Gift Bags for guests.
Send or drop off to WHC by January 25, 2026.
A donation for the main prize is optional but encouraged for more exposure.
Bring your own table cover/dressing for your 8' table.
Provide an affordable sample product, service, or draw at your table. This festival is about giving guests experiences so they can determine what works for them.
